Follow these six steps to complete your child’s admission at EVA International School.
Collect the admission form from the school office or download it from the school website. Fill in all sections accurately and submit it along with the prescribed registration fee.
Shortlisted applicants appear for a written assessment covering English, Mathematics, and General Awareness. The level of assessment is tailored to the grade applied for. Nursery & KG admissions are based on interaction only.
Selected students and their parents are invited for a brief interaction with the Principal or the Admission Committee. This helps us understand the child’s personality, interests, and the family’s expectations from the school.
Original documents must be submitted for verification. Provisional admission will be cancelled if any document is found to be incorrect or incomplete. Please ensure all paperwork is ready before this stage.
The Admission Committee reviews assessment results, interaction performance, and document verification. Admission is merit-based; the committee’s decision is final. Offer letters are communicated via registered email/SMS.
Upon receiving the offer, parents must pay the admission fee and first instalment of tuition fees within the stipulated date to confirm the seat. The seat stands cancelled if fees are not paid within the deadline.
Age is calculated as on 31st March of the academic year of admission.
