A child may suffer or be at risk of suffering from one or more types of abuse, and abuse may take place on a single occasion or repeatedly over time. Certain signs may give rise to concern but are not in themselves proof that abuse has occurred.

Parents and students are encouraged to contact the Principal or any CPC or Grievance Committee member directly in case of concern. All matters will be handled sensitively and with due respect for confidentiality.

Designated Member Role

Role of the Designated CPC Member

The designated CPC member implements and maintains policies and procedures that protect students from abuse, neglect, exploitation and other forms of harm.

They act as a point of contact for students who experience abuse or neglect and work with school authorities to ensure appropriate action is taken.

They also support teachers and staff in identifying and responding to child protection issues and in promoting a safe and nurturing learning environment for all students.

Process for Redressal

Mechanism for Redressal of Grievances

The school has a defined mechanism for redressal of student grievances, covering issues such as victimization, attendance, fees, examinations and harassment by peers or teachers.

Procedure for Lodging a Complaint

The final responsibility for grievance redressal rests with the Principal. All grievances are expected to be resolved in a time‑bound and result‑oriented manner.
